Voting Question: I was injured in an car accident...?
Im 25 years old and heres my details... Roughy 1.5 years ago I was involved involved in a Motor Vehicle accident in which I was a passenger. - fractured my neck in two spots.. (c7 and c3) - suffered whiplash (of course) I was lucky enough that I didnt need a halo. It's a freind that was driving... I wouldn't say a close friend but a friend to say the least. Anyways... its now been 1.5 years and I still continue to have problems with my neck which include and documented by my family doctor: - continuously sore - cracking that hurts a lot - little to no sleep at night (from turning over from being sore on one side) - cant stare and watch a movie or do work on computer without my neck getting stiff... ------Ive done a number of physiotherapy sessions as put on by insurance company... **so the question.. My parents are worried that my problems can persist into my future and I may need medical attention (and to tell you the truth, I am as well.). What are the time restraints for suing my friends insurance company? Also, would it be worth the matter of suing? I don't have a clue of how much I would get if any at all.... my family doctor said I dont have a choice and I must go through with it but im having doubts... any advice I really appreciate... somethings to add... He was at fault.... no other vehicle was involved in the accident. I believe he got charged with careless driving (fell asleep). This occured in Canada Ontario.... thanks for all your input I think im going to atleast consult someone too see what move I should make...

Voting Question: What motor insurance rating software/ systems can i get off the shelf? Which are the best.?
I am looking for a software / system that automatically generates premiums rates or values after inputting the various variables like age of car, distance travelled, age of driver, No Claim Bonuses , Residential areas and all stuff that affect rating. Something similar to what the Insurance Call Centres use to give Insurance Quotes online. I am actually looking for the software that brokers and insurance companies use for use in our insurance company so I would like to get names of software suppliers who supply off the shelf.
