Resolved Question: BILLS FOR AN APARTMENT?
I'll be going out on my own for the first time and I am trying to figure out what the bills might be like. I already know: -Rent -Electricity -Internet -Gas (for heat, ovens) -Laundry -Motor Vehicle gas -Food -Property tax on my car -Car insurance -Phone -TV Are there any other big things that I'm forgetting?

Resolved Question: Can insurance companies find out if you've had an accident?
If you've had a minor accident your (car) insurace company has had to deal with and time for renewal comes, when buying online and being asked if you've had any motor accidents within 5 years and you say no when you have, can they find out? Even if it's a different company? Do they communicate with each other, or does it stay on your record and they can look it up and see you're lying? Thanks.

Resolved Question: What law in prevents health insurance companys from subrogating paid medical bills?
I live in Pennsylvania and I need to know what law prevents insurance company from subrogating medical bills paid out from a motor vehicle accident. I know there is such law because my lawyer used it for me, my friend would benefit from that law but I cannot remember what it was. Please provide a link to a official page on it.

Resolved Question: Do I need a lawyer to settle a judgment?
if I am the holder. We are trying to settle a motor vehicle judgment after 20 years and when they pay me I know I have to give them a letter od satisfaction. Do I need a lawyer and would I have to share any of this money with the insurance company after all these years? The judgment is in my name.
