1972 Chevelle 454 motor (not an ss) Looking into purchasing a restoration project yet a daily car for school/work/errands I'd say I'll be driving under 20 miles per day since i live fairly close to everything (school job shopping center's ect.) Ive found one for $2000 runs well I thought to my self heck it will be my first owned car and will be restoring it over time has $15,000+ dollar potential after restoration so why not? I live in Pennsylvania and I need to know what law prevents insurance company from subrogating medical bills paid out from a motor vehicle accident. I know there is such law because my lawyer used it for me, my friend would benefit from that law but I cannot remember what it was. Please provide a link to a official page on it.
